Controller

Ekonomiskt stöd till ledningsgrupp vid Institutionen för Individ och Samhälle (IoS)

Controllern har till uppgift att:

• arbeta nära arbetsenhetens ledningsgrupp och stödja dem med diverse beslutsunderlag
  • ta fram ekonomiska underlag till stöd för institutionens långsiktiga planering
    • samordna institutionens totala budget, prognos och uppföljningsarbete oavsett finansiering
    • ansvara för att tillsammans med akademipartner sammanställa institutionens studentprognoser
    • forskningsfinansiering
• stödja institutionens ledningsgrupp med arbetet kring verksamhetsplanering och uppföljning utifrån årshjulet
• stödja forskare som skall söka externa projektmedel med den ekonomiska kalkylen till ansökan
• utbilda linjechefer inom ekonomiområdet
• vara stöd i övriga ekonomiska frågor

Controller

Financial support for the department for Social and Behavioral Studies (IoS)

Controller assignments are to:

• work close to the management team and support with various decision basis
  • produce financial material to support the long-term planning of the department
    • coordinate the process for budget, planning and follow-up at the department including all financing sources
    • be responsible for, to jointly with Academic partner, compile the student forecast of the department
    • research funding
• support the management team in the process for operational planning and follow up based on the annual wheel.
• support researchers with financial calculations regarding applications for external project funding
• educate managers within financial area
• be a support in other financial matters.
