Industrial work-integrated learning (I-AIL) is an interdisciplinary research field with about 30 researchers and doctoral students from a wide range of scientific disciplines and subjects, such as informatics, business administration, computer science, media studies, interaction design, education, sociology, personnel studies and labour science.
